Valescere Veterans Community cottages at golden hour among pine trees

A Community · A Mission · A New Beginning

A home for those who served.

Valescere Veterans Community is a purpose-built community of 10 to 60 private tiny homes, on-site counseling, and an IOP program — a safe, supportive place where veterans heal, grow, and rebuild their lives, including those recovering from addiction and opiate dependency.

Honor·Support·Empower

Our Mission

To provide a safe, supportive community where veterans can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives.

Valescere — from the Latin to grow strong, to recover — was built on a simple truth: a roof alone is not enough. Veterans need a place to belong: neighbors who share their stories, clinicians who understand their service, and quiet land to breathe.

Every resident has their own front door, a key in their pocket, and a community waiting at the gathering plaza.

A Resident's Voice

For years after I came home I couldn't sleep through a night. At Valescere I have a porch, a key in my pocket, and a neighbor who served too. We don't always talk. But when I look out my window in the morning, there's a light on in his kitchen. That's enough.
