20 Private Tiny Homes
Modern, dignified tiny homes designed for comfort, privacy, and independence — your own front door, kitchen, and porch.
Coming in the fall of 2027

A Community · A Mission · A New Beginning
Valescere Veterans Community is a purpose-built community of 10 to 60 private tiny homes, on-site counseling, and an IOP program — a safe, supportive place where veterans heal, grow, and rebuild their lives, including those recovering from addiction and opiate dependency.
Our Mission
Valescere — from the Latin to grow strong, to recover — was built on a simple truth: a roof alone is not enough. Veterans need a place to belong: neighbors who share their stories, clinicians who understand their service, and quiet land to breathe.
Every resident has their own front door, a key in their pocket, and a community waiting at the gathering plaza.

Community Overview
Laid out around a central flag plaza, the village blends private living with shared spaces for therapy, recreation, and growth.
What We Offer
Housing, healing, and purpose — woven together on a single, secure campus designed around the veteran experience.

Modern, dignified tiny homes designed for comfort, privacy, and independence — your own front door, kitchen, and porch.

A multipurpose space for recreation, events, peer support groups, and community building — the heart of village life.

Six staff offices, classrooms for education and life skills, and dedicated program space for Intensive Outpatient (IOP) therapy — including addiction and opiate recovery support.

Raised beds and walking paths through green spaces — therapeutic horticulture and fresh food grown by residents.
Wraparound Services
Delivered in partnership with Recovery Solution Centers, our clinical partner providing IOP, PHP, and case management on campus. From the first intake through long-term independence, our wraparound model meets each veteran where they are — including veterans facing addiction and opiate recovery — and walks with them step by step.
Structured group and individual therapy several days a week — addiction, opiate recovery, PTSD, and co-occurring mental health — while living on campus.
Full-day therapeutic programming with medical and behavioral health oversight for veterans who need more support than IOP.
One point of contact coordinating benefits, medical care, housing, employment, family reunification, and long-term recovery planning.
The Site Plan
Every path, porch, and gathering space at Valescere was planned with the veteran experience in mind — secure, peaceful, and built to feel like home.

A Resident's Voice
“For years after I came home I couldn't sleep through a night. At Valescere I have a porch, a key in my pocket, and a neighbor who served too. We don't always talk. But when I look out my window in the morning, there's a light on in his kitchen. That's enough.”
Honor · Support · Empower
Your gift helps furnish a tiny home, fund an IOP cohort, or plant the next row in our community garden. Every donation builds the village.
